The player's manual: how a Coinloot coin turns its creator fee into loot for its holders, the numbers it runs on, and what can go wrong.

How it works

  1. Launch. A deployer launches a pump.fun coin here and picks 1 to 5 reward assets. The launch is one bundle of three transactions the deployer signs: the coin is created, then pump.fun's fee sharing is set to Coinloot's three wallets and its admin revoked, then the optional dev buy. The bundle lands whole or not at all.
  2. Trades pay the creator fee. Every trade on the coin pays pump.fun's creator fee into a vault on chain.
  3. Claim. About every 60 seconds Coinloot calls pump.fun's permissionless distribute when a coin's vault holds at least 0.002 SOL and at least 10 times what the claim costs in network fees; a smaller fee keeps waiting on pump.fun, so no claim loses money. pump.fun's own program pays each wallet its share in that one transaction.
  4. Round. When a coin's holder pot reaches 0.1 SOL, Coinloot reads every holder of the coin at that moment (the snapshot), splits the pot equally over the coin's reward assets and buys each on Jupiter (best route, slippage at most 1%, price impact at most 2%, every swap simulated before it is signed). SOL as a reward needs no swap.
  5. Drop. Each eligible holder is credited a share of what was bought, by balance at the snapshot, and paid in transactions of at most 10 transfers.

The fee split

New launches lock 70% to the reward wallet (the holders' loot), 10% to the buyback wallet and 20% to operations. The split lives in pump.fun's sharing config for the coin; with its admin revoked, neither the deployer nor Coinloot can change it. Every network fee and rent of a coin's claims, swaps and payouts is paid by its operations share, never its holders' pot: the reward wallet fronts the fee and the operations wallet pays it back. When a coin's operations share has not covered a step yet, that step waits; a pot never goes below zero. Each coin page shows the split read back from the chain. Network fees and rent for claims, swaps and payouts are paid from the coin's holder pot and listed on Revenue. The buyback wallet keeps its part for a Coinloot token later; it has bought nothing.

Who gets loot

  • A holder takes part in a round when their balance is worth at least $20 at the round's price (the coin's price on its curve or pool, times SOL's price, both read at the snapshot).
  • The snapshot is taken when the round starts, not when loot is sent. Buying just before a payout does not count.
  • Never counted: the bonding curve, the PumpSwap pool, the coin's fee sharing config, any address off the ed25519 curve (a program address), any owner whose account belongs to a program, and Coinloot's own wallets.
  • Credits never expire. A token asset needs your own account for it: if you have none, your credit waits until you press Activate on the coin page (you pay the account deposit, about 0.002 SOL, which comes back when you close the account). SOL to an empty wallet waits until it is enough to open the account.

Reward assets

Crypto: SOL, WBTC, ETH, JitoSOL, USDC. Stocks: NVDAx, TSLAx, AAPLx, QQQx, MSFTx, GOOGLx, METAx, MSTRx, CRCLx, GLDx, the official Backed Finance xStocks mints only (Jupiter lists look-alikes under the same tickers; Coinloot goes by mint). No pre-IPO tokens.

Every 30 minutes each asset is proven with a simulated Jupiter swap of 0.1 SOL into it, under the 2% price-impact cap: the swap is simulated on Solana and must leave at least the quoted minimum; nothing is signed or sent. An asset whose swap fails is hidden from Launch until it passes again. The last result of each:

Public wallets

The reward wallet's key is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and opened only by a separate signing process, which signs nothing but claims for Coinloot coins, Jupiter swaps planned by a round, and payouts planned from credits, each checked against the plan and simulated first, under a kill switch and a daily cap.

Risks

  • Memecoins are speculative. A coin can lose all its value. Loot does not protect a holder from that.
  • Loot moves in price. It is bought on the open market at the round and can be worth more or less later. Slippage and price impact are capped, not zero.
  • xStocks are not shares. They are tokens issued by Backed Finance that track a share, carry the issuer's freeze authority, and are not offered to US persons or in some other countries. If you may not hold them, do not hold a coin that drops them.
  • Custody before a round. A coin's holder pot, and loot waiting for Activate, sit in the reward wallet, which Coinloot controls with a hot key. The pot is spent at each round; credits are paid as soon as they can be.
  • pump.fun can override. pump.fun's program has a community takeover instruction (admin_cto): pump.fun's own authority (UqN2...CMKw, read at slot 465,359,639) can rewrite a coin's creator, which ends its fee sharing. Coinloot and the deployer cannot.
  • Not audited. Coinloot's code and processes have not been audited by a third party.

Terms

By using Coinloot you accept that: it is software, provided as is, with no promise of profit or of any value for any coin or loot; you are responsible for whether launching, holding or receiving any asset is allowed where you live; launches are final once on chain; a coin's fee split cannot be changed by anyone after launch except as pump.fun's own program allows (see Risks); Coinloot may stop rounds or payouts (a kill switch) to protect funds, and credits stay owed while it does; nothing here is investment advice.
